Quickblade paddles purchased directly from Quickblade or one of Quickblade’s authorized dealers are warranted to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, paddles found to have defects will be replaced or repaired at no charge.
Structural damage incurred while paddling can be repaired at a reasonable price by Quickblade. Typically, the individual “component” that breaks such as shaft, blade or handle can be replaced while maintaining the components that are still in good condition.
Contact Quickblade at sales@quickbladepaddles.com to get return authorization and or a quote to process any returns to Quickblade for replacement or repair.
Proof of purchase must be provided prior to any returns or replacements.
Customers outside of the USA should contact directly the store where they purchased the paddle. They should do so with the following information;
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Address
- Describe the damage
- How did the damage occur?
- Paddle model
- Date of purchase
